Tachism formed in 1998. After going through a few bass players, the line up was finally complete at the start of 2000. Along the way they won the 1999 Werribee and Brimbank battle of the bands, and have played alongside Australian artists such as Killing Heidi, Magic Dirt, Another Race, COG, and .hinge.
The band is influenced by many different styles of music including bands such as Tool, Faith no More, and the Tea Party, and also computer game music, world music, and a lots of weird stuff in between.
All in all Tachism are a seriously rocking band, so check em out! |
