Date: 29th August, 2005... Five friends decide to jam on an ordinary roof top of a house. After three hours of the gruesome ordeal, with sweaty faces and exhausted fists and fingers, they emerge out of the pit...and the heavens shower them with it's powers to culminate them into a proper alternative metal/rock band... SEPTIC
We are five people, with a mission engraved within our destiny, to make a point in rock music... blended beyond emotions and frenzies, we seek to make a space for the ordinary ppl who's screams and agonies get suppressed in their very own lives.
The songs that we create are somewhat the fusion between poetry that reflect the essence of an ordinary life portrayed as the un-ordinary. Our self compositions, especially like 'I Feel So Small', is a clear picture of the common spirit of many stories untold by the comman man or woman...that smells of uncertainity on life, suppression, anxiety, memoirs that tend haunt us in our pleasant dreams. It is a wake up call for those who feel out of place, unsure of their fates and the revolving negativity. We have put our sincere efforts to paint life through our eyes, with music...we believe that there's a special reason why we enter this tainted world of ours...SEPTIC is just here to support you, in your pursuit for conquering your dreams, to rekindle the spirit of life...as good as it gets when we feel it's just not right. With an edge of the conflicts between irony and fate, we fuse the picture of truth in words with music, no holds barred that haunts our minds as we speak.
We are currently working on the production of our debut album 'INJECTED'.
Our music's primarily influenced by all great bands belong to world music. Our first self composition titled ‘Filth Of Fate' is the initial start of the group followed by more tracks like 'I Feel So Small', 'The Cry Of Thanatos', 'I'm Alive', 'Demon Is You' etc.
It's actually a band, which has members from both India and Bangladesh and thus we call ourselves an International Band with no barrier of caste, religion and a so called society.
