| The Sentimental Hitmen started in the 80's in Riverside, CA as a garage punk band. Jason Rhine on Guitar and Jason Cook on drums were the two main song writing influences. Nowadays, JR is writing in his basement under the name Sentimental Hitmen with no other members of the "band". Recently, JC and JR are collaborating again with some other nice musicians and drumming up a new project under a soon to be determined new name. |

| The Sentimental Hitmen has morphed from a funny satirical garage punk into a lo-fi studio project with an eclectic mix of electronica, alternative, folk, indie pop, and psychedelia. They seem to write any style that excites them from day to day. Their songs are always interesting and often filled with a quirky humor. |
