Noise626 (also known as guitarist Anthony Graham) was formed in 2000, working slowly but surely in putting together his first CD, The Art of Falling Forward. The music he does is an odd yet beautiful mixture of Gothic and Progressive Rock. Moody, dark and introspective, yet full of surprises one would not expect. Noise626 wants to be your friend.
It began when many years ago when Anthony Graham, a guitarist living in Colorado Springs, joined a band called Mime of Sin and Repent, which was well on it's way to gathering a nice little following when they broke up in 1992. During that time, he met bassist and keyboardist Brent Heinze, who also was a DJ at a nightclub Tony liked to visit. Over the years, they chatted about music and the scene and whatnot; but while Brent ended up playing bass in the amazing goth psychedelic band Christus Christus, Tony worked in his basement on his acoustic guitar writing songs that he was certain no one would hear. Years went by, and there came a time when Christus Christus got signed to an indy label, and were in need of an acoustic guitarist for a song idea they were working on. Brent asked Tony to come down to the studio where they were recording and do some playing, and before you know it, he was a member of the band. And he got met Scot Solida, the founder of Christus and the owner of a fledging label called Ol Scratch Records. It was under Scot's tuteledge the Tony began to learn the fine art of home recording, and since he had already been working on some songs to begin with, he branched out and began recording.
