| J-J Rimbeux primarily works in collaboration with his auteur sister M-C. Working in experimental voyeurism, the films follow a central theme around a verite cast. Taking influences as diverse as Debussey, Gainsborough and Scott Walker, J-J creates tense emotional music to allude and drive the narrative. The latest work revolves around the theme of the death of love, and is titled 'Noir au Jour'. With contributions from artist K, the soundtrack 'OST' traces the five seens of the short film across a night in a city |
