| Born in Mississippi in 1956, lived in Michigan, Louisiana, then Mississippi again. Grew up during Vietnam. "I Saw Her Standing There" got me into music. Drummer in high school and college, loved systhesizers from afar, learned keyboards and played in local bands. No particular genre. (Each piece should be its own genre!) interested in mythology, black-and-white movies, science and science-fiction, cartoons, vegetable gardening, world history. I greatly respect Eno, King Crimson, Leonard Bernstein, Jane Siberry, Duane Allman, Jaco Pastorius, and many others. And I do computer programming. I often impovise. |
