| A native of the Bay Area (CA), I.d. began rapping in 1998. Being a long time fan of rap music and a Christian, I.d. realized that the void between the two had to be closed. Influenced by the success of Christian labels and artists I.d. started Dacar Entertainment/Dwank Records, and exclusively Christian label and clothing company in 1999. With much prayer, her first CD "HardCandy" was completed in 2000 and stands as Dwank Records first release. |
