Gaz Reynolds writes, plays and performs all of his own songs and even makes his own pop vids, taking his influences from artists such as: Chicane, Masters @ Work, Depeche Mode, Sash and the Pet Shop Boys.
In 1992 Gaz released his first single selling 5000 copies, this lead to numerous singles, videos and albums being released over the years.
By 1999 Gaz had started to market his music on the WWW using a host of music download sites such as; peoplesound.com and mp3.com, eventually ending up on hundreds of sites around the world establishing him as one of the most exposed independent artists on the net.
On May 2000 Gaz signed a worldwide distribution deal which made his single Plastic Girl/Devil In Disguise available on most major online retailers and in every major record store around the world.
On 20.9.00 Gaz and his video Plastic Girl appeared on a new tv station called NOW TV on a show called MP3 TV. The show was broadcast in 64 countries with global coverage on the WWW to 135 million viewers. The show has subsequently been repeated several times.
On 29.9.00 Gaz's main website GAZ WORLD was featued in the leading internet magazine Internet Advisor.
On 5.10.00 an interview was published in the Harrow Observer and then in the Independent on 6.10.00
On 20.10.00 an interview with Gaz was published in the top selling mp3 magazine called MP3. |
